ROBYN SEYMOUR APPOINTED AS SURF COAST SHIRE COUNCIL CEO
After a competitive recruitment process, Robyn Seymour has been appointed to the role of CEO of the Surf Coast Shire Council. Ms Seymour has signed a five-year contract and will start on 12 July 2021.
Surf Coast Mayor Libby Stapleton said that Ms Seymour brings to her appointment extensive leadership and management experience across several roles, including her current position as Deputy Secretary Network
Planning and Head Road Safety Victoria, where she leads a team of more than 400 people. Prior to that, she served as Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive of VicRoads.
Ms Seymour replaces former CEO Keith Baillie who left the role in July 2020. Ms Howard will continue acting in the CEO role until Ms Seymour commences.
